USPA LIBRARY (Always a work in progress!)
Just like its brick-and-mortar counterparts, this library will be an ever-evolving resource for our visitors. As well as the spot for our latest newsletter and information, it will be a repository for archival documents, open source books, periodicals and articles available without charge. There will also be links to other resources of the USPA. We invite you to check back often to see what we’ve added to our collection.
The backbone of this work is John Reed, USPA’s Head Librarian, former Newsletter Editor and Current Board Member. John has put in hundreds of hours collecting, organizing and preserving materials for USPA. Please click on The John Reed’s Room to see all he has done, and all he is doing.
Our Mission
One of the major goals of the USPA is to build up its library of books, periodicals, articles, and other materials on psychotronics, radionics, subtle energies, and related subjects. We want to make these items, as much as possible, available to all USPA members to aid them in their own reading and research. We believe that the preservation of these materials is an urgent goal.
If you have any articles, periodicals, books, or other materials that you would like to donate to the USPA library, or that you would like us to preserve for you, please let us know. Almost everyone has numerous PDFs of articles, periodicals, and books on their computers or discs. If you do, you can just send them by email or via a file-sharing service to joreed43@gmail.com. If you have physical items, you can ship them to us, or we will arrange to pick them up, or provide shipping labels. Again, please click over to The John Reed’s Room to see more about this project.

The Media Room
Visit our Media Room to learn about our Audio and Video recordings and to Download the Catalogues of USPA Audio and Video Recordings 1978 to 2019 . There is also a link for the full tables of contents of all of our Conference Proceedings.
The Masterclass Chat, Transcript and Bonus Room
The documents in the Masterclass Chat Room are supplemental to the recorded Masterclass Videos now available freely to paid USPA Members via our MEMBERS tab or for purchase in our shop. There are now 55 Masterclass Videos.
Since mid 2019, USPA has been presenting special monthly Masterclasses. These are live, online presentations, Free via Zoom on the day they are presented. We continued to offer these through the pandemic and the series is ongoing as of this writing (February, 2024).
The Toby Grotz Room
Toby Grotz is an electrical engineer with a background in power systems design. He has designed electrical systems for coal, natural gas and nuclear power plants. Toby has been effectively managing projects in the energy and utility industry and researching alternative energy systems for 40 years. He is a founding board member of the Vernon County Energy District, a nonprofit founded to replace the utility scale fossil fuel supply and wealth extraction model of energy use and generation. Toby has presented at our conferences and on a USPA Zoom Masterclass .
