He was considered to be an expert in the biological effects of extremely low-frequency magnetic fields and authored many professional papers and reports on the subject. In 1968 Eldon Byrd published a paper on the telemetry of brain waves in the “Proceedings” of the International Telemetering Conference, 1972. Over many years, the medical and scientific establishment has refused to consider the idea that the human mind could interact with the biophysical body and create or cure diseases. There is starting to be a shift in recent decades, and this attitude is starting to change. It has been demonstrated the digital mind can interact with the analog body.
Space-time is quantized, which means it’s not that smooth. Quantum field theory and quantum electrodynamics predicted virtual photons that pop in and out of existence, thus, leaving out sort of a quantum foam in their wake. The presence of these photons has been empirically verified. He has speculated that the reason why mass photons or the information itself can simultaneously exist in two states or places at the same time, is because the overlap is it two linked or separate dimensions – one being space/time and the other being the world of hyperspace – also called the other dimensions, the spirit world, the etheric realm.
What creates our reality is rooted in this other space. Our world is linked to it with communication back and forth. Events can collapse in that space and into our reality by the quantum superposition link.
Since the term “scalar” was introduced to the USPA years ago by Tom Bearden, a series of technologies based on scalar principles have emerged. In 1989, Dr. Eldon published a series of two papers on scalar waves. He theorized that the mind acted in a scaler manner but knew that scientists have verified through experiments that the mind is scalar.

Dr. Eldon Byrd
Dr. Eldon Byrd (1939-2002) was an Electrical and Medical Engineer with academic degrees from both Purdue University and George Washington University. He was a POLARIS submarine expert for industry, and held various positions in the US Navy, including Strategic Systems Analyst, Operations Research Analyst, Cryogenic Engineer, Head of the Department of Defense Environmental Projects Office, Project Manager for the Navy’s Metal Matrix Composites Program, and Project Manager of the Marine Corps Non-Lethal Electromagnetic Weapons Project.
He was considered to be an expert in the biological effects of extremely low-frequency magnetic fields. Dr. Eldon authored many professional papers and reports on the subject.
