Title:
An Orgone Energetic Approach to the Science and Spirituality Dichotomy, and Mind- Body-Environment Relationships

Bio:
Tom DiFerdinando is a pain, injury, and trauma therapist, and the newly inaugurated Director and President of the Orgone Biophysical Research Lab (OBRL). For decades Tom has studied and worked with the natural science and orgone energy discoveries of Dr. Wilhelm Reich, with a particular emphasis on Reich’s biophysical and cosmological discoveries. He has pioneered a hands-on bodywork technique based upon Reich’s biophysics, and worked over twenty years as an associate in the lab of the late Dr. James DeMeo.

Learning Objectives:
1) Broad overview of the history and origin of the OBRL – replications, confirmations and advances in Reich’s original discoveries
2) Broad overview of Reich’s discoveries, with emphasis on the relationship between orgone energy and armoring
3) The “sticking point” – spontaneous pulsation (or, what do we mean by “energy”?)
4) Irreconcilable duality and the science-spirituality split – the orgonomic solution
5) Orgonomic insight into the mind-body-environment relationship
6) Contradictions and scientific first responders: Where is the orgone? Where is the armor?
