Dr. Patrick Gage Bailey
Dr. Patrick Bailey received his BS in Engineering Physics from UC Berkeley and his Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from MIT. He has spent his entire life in advanced technology fields. He spent 8 years as a Project Manager at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), and then 24 years as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Lockheed Martin. He is the President of the Institute for New Energy.
