Brief abstract
In this masterclass, I will present a structured, practice-oriented framework for working with subtle information in a professional setting. Rather than focusing on isolated numbers, the session shows how to move from an initial concern to meaningful patterns, working hypotheses, and practical next steps that clients can actually apply. A key focus is how to reduce practitioner bias and over-interpretation by working with questions instead of statements, keeping the process transparent and ethically responsible. A short demonstration will illustrate the workflow from “scan” to “strategy” without turning the session into software training.
Learning objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Distinguish between data, interpretation, and actionable guidance.
- Apply a step-by-step workflow from a concern to patterns and priorities.
- Recognize common pitfalls (confirmation bias / wishful thinking) and use countermeasures.
- Formulate realistic, testable working hypotheses in client-friendly language.
- Translate insights into practical interventions without medical claims.
- Communicate the method in a transparent and ethically responsible way.
Session flow (2 hours total)
- 10 min – Introduction & why structure matters
- 15 min – Three levels: data/hints → meaning by the client → next steps
- 25–30 min – The question-based workflow (scan → patterns → priorities → hypotheses → steps)
- 15–20 min – Practitioner bias: how to avoid “reading yourself into the data”
- 15–20 min – Short demonstration (process-focused, not software training)
- Remaining time – Live Q&A
