Alanna has been a professional geomancer for over 40 years, mostly in Australasia, Asia and Europe. She specializes in the more unusual applications of detecting spirits and applying dowsing to improved gardening. She studied Permaculture Design and gained 3 diplomas from Bill Mollison, the originator in the 1990s; while also assisting the movement by helping produce the Permaculture International Journal.
