KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Dr. Norm Shealy, M.D. PhD.  For many years a practicing neurosurgeon and leading expert in pain control. He devised and patented the TENS unit. In the forefront of using medical intuitives in his practice where he found that they were just as accurate as some of the major health centers at diagnosis, at greater than 80%  correct., Retired from practice in 1999 and now is President of the Holos University Graduate Seminary. “Solar Homeopathy, Use of Nanoenergy to Activate DNA & Specific Acupuncture Circuits”     

A two hour talk on Friday evening presenting his latest research using very high frequencies of 54 to 78 GHZ at specific acupuncture points to regulate various bodily chemical functions and significantly improve quality of life. Over the past 14 years have discovered five specific circuits which selectively increase  DHEA, Aldosterone, Calicitonin, Neurotensin or decrease free radicals. Clinical applications have been successful using these micro-currents to treating diabetic neuropathy , migraine, depression, and rheumatoid Arthritis.  Implications for the future of this work will be discussed.

Average life expectancy should be 100, plus or minus 20 years(for the genetic components), if people had good health habits. Smoking, obesity, inactivity and drugs are the major causes of the average death of 21 years shy of this reality.  Freud’s concept of the ‘ Death Wish’ appears to be alive and thriving! You could add another 40 years of life on the average if you keep your DHEA and Calicitonin healthy and your free radicals low. Beichler, James, E., PhD, “The Subtlety of Psi and the Paranormal”  James is Assistant Professor of  physics at West Virginia University.  The ‘subtle energies’ that  scientists and psychics talk about  may be easily supported by  a five-dimensional universe based upon an Einstein-Kaluza model of physical reality. Here the physical is kinetic (real) energy, and the fifth dimension is potential energy. All potential energies are just relative positional effects within the Einstein-Kaluza five dimensional field that constitute potential energies in four dimensional space-time.  Even consciousness ca be described as a ‘subtle’ and complex potential field variation within this physical model.

Beutlich, Robert E. BsEE; “Scalar Math of the Fundamental Particle: The ‘ANU’ ; Part three of the Trilogy” .  Bob has built TV stations, Long Distance Military Telephone systems, High intensity UV for printing trades, Filters for auto and aircraft, a Dowser, and perennial Sect/Treas. of USPA.  In their classic book, “Occult Chemistry” Leadbetter & Besant described the basic structure of atoms, including quarks and sub-quarks via an altered state of consciousness, ‘Samadi’. These sub-quarks were called ‘Anu’, the ‘Ultimate Atom’, the ‘Omegon’ by various researchers, but they are the basic building blocks of not only the physical but also the Astral, Mental and on ‘up’  fields. Using the paradigm previously presented, will give a brief review of the YHVH holographic structure denoted by the Hebrew Kabbalah,‘Tree of life’. As given in the 2003 and 2004 lectures;  It will be assumed that the information field that interconnects the universe is a pulsed wave packet (superluminal) with a decaying ramp of FM signals, otherwise called Scalar Electro-magnetics. Mathematical Bessel functions describe the propagation of FM (Frequency Modulation) and Phase Modulated waves. Will use Bessel functions to describe the ten dimensional structure of the ‘Anu’ with an embedded seven levels and show the mobius coil that transmits and receives scalar EM.

Bonlie, Dr. Dean “ Magnetism: Essential Energy for Health”  Dr. Bonlie has been pioneering in the field of magnetic research for the  last 15 years and is well known for his theory on the mode of action of magnetism on living tissues. He developed a Magnetico sleep pad which renews the geomagnetic field to the body . He then created a high- strength device called the Magnetic Molecular Energizer, (MME),. There are now seven clinics testing this device, preparatory to FDA  approval. The lessening of geomagnetic strength affects cellular action, learn how atomic & cellular functions can be hindered or helped with proper selection of polarity and application points.  These basics will provide a foundation for the use of large and small fields, pulsing, focused, steady state or alternating  magnetic fields.  Significant results have occurred in chronic conditions. This lecture will be a two hour session to allow for a Q&A session, a mini workshop.

Bran, Darrell, “Harmonics of Healing- Harmonics of Intuition”  Darrell is a classically trained musician and performs with the Native American Flute & Didgeridoo. A registered Cranio-Sacral Therapist, Polarity Practitioner, licensed Massage Therapist and Esoteric Healer.  He uses the Lambdoma keyboard developed by Barbara Hero to create harmonics which affect subtle energies. Spiritual masters have said there are only two forces, Love and Fear, or Light and Darkness. He will discuss the various functions of Love & Fear and how they interact within our bodies. Fear is a low frequency subtle energy that accumulates within our sub-conscious and closes down our spiritual centers- the Chakras, inhibits intuition healing, health, and spiritual evolution. Each body part: joints, organs, senses, are maintained by a specific vibration, these vibrations are harmonic in Nature.  He will relate the Chakra Petals and the various organs in the body to their musical harmonies.

Coleman, Beverly; “The Intuition of Dr. Edward Bach” ( Bach Flower Remedies)  Beverly has multiple degrees in education and homeopathy, a professional musician, long time member of our Board of Directors and instructor for the Beginners Radionic School ( held annually after the conference). Intuition may be described as our “aha” experience. It is the road to ‘somewhere’ that we apparently traveled from no-where. In the 1930’s, Dr. Edward Bach, MD, stepped outside the boarders of medical science and into the ‘non-scientific’ world of intuition.  He could ‘see’ the essences of flowers and experimented on himself their effects on his emotional makeup. He found some 38 essences (extracts of flower blooms) that restores the emotional and psychological imbalances in people. She will take you down “The Yellow Brick Road” through animation, music, and song, this is a brilliant piece of “Edutainment”, both education and entertainment.

Crosby, Dr. Charles; “ Scalar Energy- The Next Step in Health Care”  Dr. Cosby is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon with more than 30 years of clinical experience.  He has developed an electronic augmented crystals device called the Tens-Cam ( has FDA approval) which in double blind studies had a  85% success rate in eliminating back pain. The Tens-Cam unit puts out a 1500 Hz. square wave pulse train of alternating polarities with superimposed low frequencies in the brain wave band of 1-40 Hz.  He will discuss the history and the details of it’s operation. Many examples of clinical applications in general medical, dental and animal research will be cited.  The Tens-Cam unit may be operated as an ordinary  tens unit with pads to apply directly to the body or to ‘drive’ a crystal which has been ‘tuned’ to the individual operator. The operator aims the crystal at the area to be treated and focuses his intent of the results desired.  For example with sever swelling due to physical bruising or infection, in just moments the swelling subsides. Denyer, Laverne; “A Medical Intuitive’s Approach to Working with Subtle Energies”  Laverne is the Executive Secretary of the USPA and a frequent presenter. Holds degrees in education and has been a practicing medical intuitive and holistic health professional since 1970 .This session is designed to help individuals locate  and identify changes and abnormalities within a person’s subtle energy system. Each individual is a complex package of subtle and material , referred to by Laverne as ‘Living Energy System’ (LES). Maps of healthy energy systems have the same anatomical shape as the physical body and provide reference tool for analysis. She will discuss the miss-alignments, devices, weakness’, intrusions, holes, and other changes to the healthy subtle body. Laverne is a practicing medical intuitive and holistic health professional since 1970.

Ferguson, Dr. John; “ Anyone Can Be An Intuitive”  Mind is a triad of energy and experience. As an adult, we function mostly in the left  brain,  the outer mind level, but it  was not always so. As children we pretended, imagining, and we continued to ‘create’ until our parents told us we could not do that, and thus shut down the inner levels of mind; the right hemisphere.  At the same time we are told that our connection to God (Source, force, creator of all, etc.) is important, but we’ve shut down that pathway to the inner mind. Therefore we remain unbalanced, wondering why we can not manifest health, abundance and happiness.  There are now many methods of achieving balance of the outer  and inner levels of mind and through this balance achieve contact with the Greater or God Mind. When thus connected, anyone can access intuition through objects, personal contact or at  a distance, this connection can be made easily in less than a minute. WORKSHOP:  “Enhance Your Intuition”  This workshop will include practice in accessing the inner mind levels through self-hypnosis; achieve deep levels of trance in 30 seconds, learn how to become an observer. These simple tools will allow any participant to increase their skill of helping others to heal.

Foulkrod, Robert, “The Science of Awakening: Research & Status Report”- Standby Speaker.  Robert is a spiritual scientist and past member of the Board of Directors of USPA and frequent presenter. He is also the ‘electronic genius’ behind the marvelous equipment featured in Barbara Hero’s presentations. He will explore the science of ‘Awakening’ of the conscious mind to it’s own spiritual aspects through a systematic study, reasoning, analysis, experimentation, and application of the ‘laws of the spiritual world’ and to experience how they work.  He will discuss the benefits and  the techniques, to become a fully ‘awakened soul’ and possible future research plans.

Frazier, Michael, CPA, MBA,” Integrating Reiki , Life & Muscle Testing”  Michael has over 20 years experience of T’ai Chi Chuan and is a Reiki Master, he also does ‘Touch for Health’, past life regression, and a minister for ‘Healing Angels Ministry’.  As always there will be giveaways of stones, colloidal silver makers, light therapy kits, and the best charts in the universe.  Why charts?—For muscle testing of course!. Muscle testing offers the simplest method of utilizing your own intuition to get answers to all your questions. Hero, Barbara; “ Through the Curtain Between Spirit & Matter”  Barbara  is a musician extraordinaire and her research into the Greek Lamdoma has thrilled her audiences, she has been an excellent presenter at USPA and many other organizations.  She will relate the “Night Classes” of Viola Pettit Neal who traveled ‘through the curtain’ in her sleep to different Ashrams to be taught by the Spiritual Hierarchy and the truth behind the mysteries of intuition and science.  Shafica Karagulla, M.D. recorded some 20 years of Viola Neal’ s dreams and resulted in the book” Through The Curtain.  Barbara will present ideas gleaned from the book and apply them to alternative energies that will allow you to glimpse insights into frequencies of consciousness, emotions, feelings, creativity,  aural & mathematical sequences that manifest frequencies of form, energy, geometry, electricity, magnetism, angle, harmonics and sound!  “Sound is the ‘word’ of consciousness by which form is built, consciousness is the magnetic field of force which spirit and matter set up through their inter-relationships.

Braxton, EE,Ms-em; “ Detection and Elimination of Detrimental Radiations in a Home, Now and for the Next Fifty Years”  Braxton has thirty years experience in organic gardening and farming operations, an electrical engineer, and a masters in Energy Medicine, going for his PhD.  Detrimental radiation to humans may be present in the home, these include: underground streams, electrical, radio/micro-wave, planetary, and cosmic. Detection method used is the pendulum. Klimo, Jon, Ph.D. “ Consciousness Engineering and State-Dependent Science”  Longtime USPA officer and presenter, with 32 unbroken years of inter-disciplinary teaching and research in doctoral programs following years as a poet and artist. Jon is considered one of the leading authority on the subject of channeling. In recent years, his chief interest has been in developing a true ‘idealist science’, where everything takes place within an all-as-consciousness, multi-dimensional universal field of being. In this presentation he continues to deepen, expand, and give more specificity to this post-dualist, postmodern, mental monist perspective in hopes of helping our current physical reductionist science and technology as it gradually morphs into this truer experiential and efficacious domain

Lancaster, Dr. Linda, ND, PhD, “Integrating Energy Medicines for the Subtle Human”  There is a specific subtle anatomy of humans.  Nothing happens in the physical without it happening on the subtle planes. Health is a balance between the physical/Etheric, astral and mental bodies., if you find the cause at its inception, it can be treated appropriately. Understanding this subtle anatomy will offer the opportunity to use Energy Medicines such as Radionics, Homeopathy, Acupuncture, Color Therapy, sound and Numeric healing, etc.  The cosmos ifs filled with energy to be used with right intent, at the right time, and in the correct order. Leath Melisa, Various States of Human Consciousness, The Here & Now and the Here After”  Rev. Melisa Leath is a Metaphysical Counselor, an intuitive-spiritual Medium and author of meditation CD/Tapes and workbooks and is on the USPA Board of Directors. Living as a human being in this three dimensional world immediately limits us as the True Multi-Dimensional beings that we are.  Three areas will be discussed, :A-Third dimension and how our senses relate to it.  B- Multiple dimensions and the various states of Consciousness, ordinary five senses & the ‘Ultra- five senses’ Dream states, and After Life. Finally C- Postulating and recognizing Dimensional Illusions.

Lednyiczky, Gabor, “The Electronic Whole”  It has been experimentally proven that all organisms receive cues from the local electromagnetic(EM) environment which regulates their metabolic activities. Studies indicate that genetic expression is influenced by EMF’s and that the evolution of all organisms has been guided to a certain extent by local EMF’s.  Possible mechanisms of the interactions of endogenous and environmental electromagnetic signals have been investigated by the Hippocampus Research Facilities. In these studies, various sub-cellular and cellular characteristics were measured under bio-resonance conditions. Most changes occurred within a certain frequency range (The Window effect), the data shows a possibility of immune cell activation, functional normalization of hormone receptors, different anti-tumor and various anti-aging effects. Have also studied the possibility of diminishing harmful effects of ionizing radiation and other field effects originating from man made electronic equipment. As a result on the investigations we have developed new equipment for prevention, therapeutic and test purposes.   

Macer-story, Eugenia, “Role of Independent, Self Organizing Intelligence in ESP-RV-PK Experimentation & Functioning :’The Case of the Worked Talismanic Wands’ -Standby Speaker  Eugenia is a poet/playwright with some 15 of her plays produced ‘off-Broadway’ venues, author of several non-fiction books on paranormal, a practicing clairvoyant and mental magician.  This paper explores a recent ‘Talismanic Finding’ which at first seemed crafted by a human intruder, and after careful analysis seems rather to be a “rebus gift” from a non-human intelligence, perhaps a cosmic self-organizing intelligence. The possibility of a “link” with such  an intelligence by a human being is also considered. Additionally, a physical model of a device using talismanic principles to demonstrate principles of a “fluidice matrix” will be demonstrated. This is an acoustic, non-electric abacus like device.  

Mc Coy, Harold, “Dowsing, Healing and Other Mind Practices”  Harold is a retired US Army intelligence officer who has developed a unique method of using the mind to affect healings. He is founder of The Ozark Research Institute and conducts seminars and training session both there in Fayetteville, AR. and all over the country. He also is past president of the American Society of Dowsers. This lecture will cover the whole field of mind phenomena including  dowsing  and map dowsing, water vein diversion, healing of chronic or life threatening condition for self and others. Thought forms and power of thought will be discussed to include bringing prosperity to a business or individual and other phenomena of the mind.

Michrowski, Andrew, & Peter Webb  “Radionics Case Study – Rain for Gujarat State, India”  Andrew is the director of Planetary Assn. for Clean Energy and a frequent presenter. The monsoon rains came but missed the state of Gujarat in India and a full blown drought had ensued, crops were failing, low water table, a disaster in the making. Peter, using his many years of expertise and his trusty Radionics unit ‘directed’ cloud formations from several hundred miles west and they subsequently poured rain on this beleaguered area, relieving the drought. An amazing story!

Monteith, Dr. Henry & Ericka, “Soul-Mate Cosmological Action”  Henry has a PhD in physics and did basic research on solar cells at Sandia Labs, he was also on the Board of Directors and a Past President of USPA. Ericka has an MS in music and has developed new ideas in teaching and new ways to interchange, transform and adapt classical to modern music. Rauscher, Dr. Elizabeth, Low Frequency, Low Level Pulsed Magnetic Fields Effects on Consciousness”  Dr Rauscher is a world renown physicist, her work on multi-dimensional modes is a primary source for much of our work in psychotronics. This research was conducted with W.L. Bise MD-Hon. [1931 -2005], he designed the first low level-ELF detectors  and many other unique scalar electromagnetic devices using pulsed magnetic and electromagnetic fields, we have analyzed their effects upon the human physiology and psyche. Varying the field waveforms, frequency mixes, and intensities produces manifold effects. We have also injected electromagnetic images into the human brain in order to make the blind ‘see’.  Also externally injecting magnetic fields into the heart can ‘pace’ the heart, also enhance the states of consciousness, improve mood and memory!  But just as too much or too little salt can have drastic effects on the human, likewise too much or too little of specific frequencies, polarities and intensity can be either deleterious or helpful to the human being, great care must be taken in this burgeoning field to achieve positive results.  “One size does not fit all”: You must be able to measure, analyze, balance & detect the result, the indiscriminate use of magnets is very poor science.

Lasting changes require addressing the root or origin of the problem(s) as well as the dynamics, events and associations. You can resolve the emotional issues, scars, negative or Karmic patterns or relationships of all lifetimes and in this one without having to resort to past life hypnotic regression or knowing the details.  Dowsing and meditation can uncover problem areas and the degree to which they are operating. There are a wide variety of techniques through which you can accomplish positive results and will discuss these in my lecture.

Russell, Bill, PhD.  “The Unified Field of Mind.”  Bill was a Penn. State Univ. faculty research physicist, also at IBM, Westinghouse and US Navy. He began researching the link between quantum physical phenomena and the mind, he studied with indigenous shamans of various world traditions for over 20 years.. Shamans can be defined as healers who consciously and intentionally enter into an altered perception of reality and use the tools and techniques that become available within these perceptual platforms.  It is through techniques of accessing inner awareness that the shaman is able to enter into these alternate worlds. Some use drumming, isolation, meditation, botanical drugs, dancing, pain, chanting, alcohol, hypnotism, high electrostatic fields and dreams.  Seemingly miraculous events occur, instantly heal broken bones, stop bleeding, move underground streams of water, receive information beyond the range of physical senses and much more.  If we could translate these effects into mathematics, it could result in the Unified Field Theory that physicists has been searching for ever since Einstein’s 1905 papers. 

Shu, V.V., “The Making of a Video Documentary on Radionics”  V.V was born in China and came to the US at age 17 where she became rapidly ‘Americanized’. She has production company that specializes in documentary films/videos and has won several national and international awards for her work.  She became interested in the research of Sue Benford which applied a new mathematical algorithm to make flat two dimensional photographs into three dimensional computer displays.  Our president Peter Moscow had photos taken by the Radionic Camera developed by George De LaWarr of England, and Sue’s algorithm’s enabled one to see three dimensional views, which indicates that these photos had  multi-dimensional holographic features embedded within the ordinary two dimensional film.  She then contacted Peter Moscow and that initiated the current project this past April of a documentary on Radionics. She will discuss the progress and goals.

Slick, Grandalf, “The Gila Brain & the Rosey Brain Theory”  Gandalf is a Colorful Poet, artist & inventor, he also has done bio-chemical research. Thomas, Phil, “The Edgar Cayce Cure for Cancer”  Phil is an avid researcher into the Edgar Cayce readings and has re-deciphered the methods and materials recommended by Cayce. Cayce’s inherent ability to remotely perceive and discuss the condition for a given individual, as well as make practical suggestions for non-invasive methods towards resumption of homeostasis ultimately earned him the title of  the ‘Father of Holistic Medicine’.  He promoted the method of the acid/alkaline balance, the body/mind interface and the oxygenization of cells to wipe out cancer.  In this light, Phil re-introduces an old Cayce remedy, specially treated carbon. The Cayce approach is simple, carbonize and charge bamboo in a partial vacuum. Ingest a tiny amount of the carbon ash, taken orally and followed a few minutes later with minute filtered Ultra-Violet light to stimulate the carbon ash, which by now has taken up residence in the tumor site, thanks to it’s dielectric charge. Once the ash becomes excited by the UV light, it sucks oxygen out of the local environment and into the tumor site at the cellular level. Once the cell is oxygenated it either reverts back to a healthy cell or dies. Continued use results in the breakup and dissolution of the tumor.
